Synopsis

In the reign of Louis XV, Fanfan la Tulipe, soldier of fortune and a tireless womanizer, is destined, according to the predictions of a seductive Gypsy girl, to marry the King's daughter. To avoid being forced into marriage with his latest conquest, Fanfan enrols in the army and will experience the most incredible and outrageous adventures that will link his destiny forever to that of France.
