Caméra d'or

President of the Caméra d'or Jury Carlos Diegues, was accompanied by Spanish filmmaker Carlos Saura and French actress Ludivigne Sagnier to present the Prix de la Camera d'Or to Benh Zeitlin for his first feature film Beasts of the Southern Wild, selected for Un Certain Regard. The director thanked his entire team, for whom it was also their first film. He said it was "beyond competences, it was an award for courage and faith."
