The Résidence du Festival is located at 6, Cité Malesherbes, in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, a centrally-situated quarter rich in history.

The apartment, on the 3^rd floor of an early 20^th-century villa, is divided into both private and collective living spaces. Great names in contemporary design designed the furniture.

Each individual room is equipped with a computer with a high-speed Internet connection, television and VCR. Guestrooms are available as well for the former residents visiting Paris.

The shared spaces were designed to favour the moments of exchange. A home-video screening room and vast collection of DVDs are at disposal of the residents.
